Viewing Dedicated App Reports
Please Note: This article applies only to customers with their own dedicated app, published under their own developer program. If you have a dedicated app that has not yet been transitioned to a developer program in your name, please start by helping us to move your app.
As the publishers of your dedicated apps, you have direct access to sales data from the Apple App Store and Google Play, and that reporting will replace the App Store Downloads report available in the Engagefully backoffice going forward.
App Store Connect
To access sales data for iOS apps through App Store Connect, users will need to be part of your team, and they will require the Sales role. Your Account Holder (or anyone will the Admin role) can grant this access through the Users and Access module of App Store Connect.
The reports themselves can be accessed through the Sales and Reports module.
You can read more about the reporting available through App Store Connect in Apple's online help.
Google Play Console
To access statistics for Android apps through the Google Play Console, users will need to be part of your team. Basic statistics are available to anyone on your team, but access to sales reports requires the View financial data permission.
The reports themselves can be accessed through the Dashboard and Statistics pages for the app in question.
You can read more about the reporting available through the Play Store Console in Google's online help.
