Pre-Conference Checklist

 (Sent a few days before the conference)
Hello _______,
We are on the final countdown to the Annual Conference! The event starts in a few days!
We have been working hard to ensure that your experience is a great one, and we wanted to ensure that you are set and ready to go for Monday. Here is your pre-conference checklist:
1. Access your profile. Make sure to log in to the platform and update your profile in advance to access all interactive sessions (including Zoom links). To get started, reference the access event buttons on the bottom of this email.
Once you have logged in, you will see the Event Details page, with a menu on the left that includes links for the schedule and other resources.
To view and edit your individual profile, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Then you can add/edit your bio, company, website, or phone number if desired
2.Participate on both desktop and mobile devices. Meeting sessions are accessible on any of your devices (desktop, mobile, TV), as long as they have Zoom enabled. You can view sessions on your desktop and use the mobile app simultaneously to view event notifications, locate other delegates, and network with your peers.
3.Create your schedule. If you plan to only attend certain sessions, you can add them to your personalized schedule by clicking the calendar icon next to each session. To see your personalized schedule, click My Schedule.
4. See who's attending by visiting the Directory. Click on Directory from the desktop or mobile app, and select a person to view their information.
5.Direct message other attendees. You can message attendees directly from the desktop or mobile app. Tap on the Directory and select the person you want to message select Chat. 
Note: You may only message attendees that have created their accounts and enabled others to contact them in this way.

Remember to navigate to the “Schedule” for access to session links and be sure to click on “Notifications” for daily reminders about the Conference.
