Reports are automatically generated for all published events. To view available reports, click the “Reports” button on the toolbar.

Note: The individual reports that are displayed may vary based on the event configuration. Please contact support if a report described below is not displaying for your event.
The report section is separated into 3 broad categories:
- General Engagement
- Sessions
- Exhibitors
This article will cover the information available under each of the above three report categories.
General Engagement
Event Selections, By Platform

This report provides an overview of which platforms are most popular with the users accessing this event. A selection is recorded each time a unique user logs in and accesses the event, as well as the number of anonymous users downloading the event on the native apps.
Advertising Statistics

This report summarizes the number of times each of the event’s ads were displayed on the website or in the native apps (impressions), and the number of times a user clicked or tapped the ad for more information (click-throughs).
Device Use Over Time
This report gives an overview of the web and mobile devices used to access the event over a selected time.
Top 10 Platform Screens Over Time

This report gives you an overview of the top visited pages over a selected time. A visit is tallied each time a user visits a screen for the first time or more than 30 minutes after their last visit.
Top Downloaded Custom Item Resources

This report gives an overview of which custom content resources have been accessed or downloaded most often.
Digital Business Card Exchanges

This report provides a list of participants who exchanged digital business cards ranked by most active user.
Sessions
Top Selected Sessions

This report provides an overview of the most popular sessions based on the number of users selecting an item for their agenda. They are best considered as a relative indication of interest among the different sessions.
Top Downloaded Session Resources

This report gives an overview of which session & speaker resources have been accessed or downloaded most often.
Session and User Reports

This report gives an overview of sessions viewed by web users during the session, which includes the 15 minute period prior to the session start time.
Session Check-Ins

This report provides a summary of participants that checked into a session either by: scanning the session’s QR code or tapping the session check-in button.
Exhibitors
Top Selected Exhibitors

This report gives an overview of the most popular exhibitors based on the number of users selecting an item for their agenda. They are best considered as a relative indication of interest among different exhibitors.
Top Downloaded Exhibitor Resources

This report provides an overview of which exhibitor resources have been accessed or downloaded most often.
Exhibitor Contact Leads List

This report provides a summary of participants who have submitted the contact form for each exhibitor as well as any notes they entered.
Exhibitor QR Leads List

This report provides a summary of participants who have scanned an exhibitors QR code to check in or were scanned by an exhibitor staff member. The report includes notes entered by participants and exhibitor representatives.
Exhibitor Visits

This report gives a list of participants who have submitted the contact form, clicked on an exhibitor ad tile, or viewed an exhibitor profile page for each exhibitor. This does not rely on a user ‘selecting’ the exhibitor and is populated by activity on both the web and native apps.
Exhibitor Audit Log

This report provides a summary of all admins and exhibitor representatives who have edited an exhibitor profile.
