How do I remove flagged posts, photos, and comments from the app?

When a post gets flagged by an attendee, the post in question will become available for moderation under the 'Social Content' tab in the Engagefully backoffice. To remove or dismiss a flagged post, photo, or comment, select it from the list displayed on either the Social management page or the Moderation screen:

From this screen, you can view the reported content, confirm how many times it got reported along with why, and the options to 'Remove Content' or 'Dismiss Report'.

From the Moderation List page, you can also view all the "Reviewed" reports by searching for Reviewed instead of New.

Once removed, posts will stop appearing on the Timeline or Dashboard, and comments related to the removed posts will also be removed.
