Exhibitor Settings

The Exhibitors tab within the event framework allows you to enable relevant features like lead generation, custom sorting, and the Exhibitor Management Portal.
Exhibitor Header Image
For this image, we recommend using a PNG or JPEG image, 1250×250px and under 300kB.
The Exhibitor header image only appears on the desktop version of the site.
Sorting
The RD Mobile back office automatically sorts exhibitors alphabetically. Custom sorting allows you to reorder exhibitors to best fit the event needs. For example, if you have tiered exhibitors and/or sponsors (ex.Gold, Silver, Bronze), this feature allows you to re-order exhibitors/sponsors according to their tier.
Once enabled, each exhibitor profile will have a field where you can enter the custom sorting value. The recommended sorting values are as follows: A, A1-A9, B, B1-B9, C, C1-C9... Z, Z1-Z9.
Exhibitor Lead Generation
Lead generation allows your Exhibitors to scan attendee QR codes in app. Once an attendee is scanned, that attendee's information is collected and stored for the Exhibitor to download at a later time.
Lead Generation can be turned on for specific exhibitors or turned on for all exhibitors.
Choose what attendee information gets shared by selecting the appropriate lead fields:

Exhibitor Management Portal
The Exhibitor Management Portal allows registrant you associate to the exhibitor to control the page content from the front facing site.
If a registrant is associated to an Exhibitor with this feature enabled, they will see an 'edit' button appear on the Exhibitor page as shown below.
From there, the user will be able to edit page content and download any available reports.
