Event Details Page:
Customize the Event Details page on the public website, which is the default landing page upon entering the event. You can add optional imagery or video content to welcome attendees, as well as highlight featured exhibitors or speakers. This does not apply to the mobile app.
- The Header Image (pictured below) can be found on the Event Details Page for the desktop experience. We recommend this image be a PNG or JPEG image, 1280×360px
- Round Logo is to add an alternate logo image to display on the Event Details page for desktop users. It will be cropped to a circle, so keep the content to the middle.
- With Visual Elements you can add either an embedded video or a hero image to your page using one of the two options below. The hero image is a PNG or JPEG image, exactly 600px square and under 300kB and is displayed on the event details page. The hero image will not display if an embed code has been entered for the video option. *
- Event Countdown Timer can be enabled to visually show attendees how long until the event begins.
- Featured Content allows you to highlight Speakers, Sessions, or Exhibitors. Drag and drop to order their appearance or to hide any option that doesn't apply to your event.
Mobile app experience vs. Website experience
The mobile app experience is different from the website experience.
The Round Logo that is uploaded will be used as the header image on the mobile app.
The following items do not appear on the Mobile app experience:
- Header Image
- Visual Elements (intro embed video, hero image)
- Event Countdown Timer
- Featured Content
