How to Create Exhibitor Booth Staff, Moderators, and Sponsor Representatives Using Custom Content.

  1. Click Add New Content-Type
  2. Select Custom Content Type template
  3. Choose Your Content Type Name (ex: Moderators, Booth Staff, Sponsor Representative)
  4. Configure Content Details- Check off the below options
    • Small Image
    • Custom field (ex: title)
    • Description
    • Website URL
  5. Allow relationships to other content types- Check off below options
    • Sessions
    • Speakers

Now that the custom content type for Moderators is created, you can start creating the Moderator Profiles.

  1. Select Moderators from the menu
  2. Click Add New Item
  3. Fill out relevant fields (ex: Name, small Image, description, title, website)
  4. Click Create
  5. Select newly created moderator
  6. Click Add next to Associated Sessions and select the sessions relevant to this Moderator.
  7. Done
