Exhibitor Branding Options

Exhibitors can upgrade their branding on the platform utilizing:

  • Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos
  • Custom header images
  • Custom backgrounds for the public site and
  • Custom ads

This article will outline how to take advantage of the latter 3 options above to increase engagement and ROI for your sponsors.

Adding a Branding Image and Custom Background

Sign-in through the Backoffice and navigate to your desired event. Select an Exhibitor and click on the Edit button. Scroll down to the Branding section to upload a Header and a Background image:

For optimum quality, we recommend an image size of 960x540px and 1920x1080px for the Header and Background image respectively.

*Please note that if an Exhibitor video is uploaded, the Header image will not appear on the desktop public site; however, the image will appear behind the Play Video button instead of the default image in the apps:

Uploading Custom Exhibitor Ads

In the same Exhibitor Edit page in the Backoffice, scroll down to the Custom Advertisement section. Select Enable custom ad placement on exhibitor details:

Once enabled, a field to enter an Ad Image and a Clickthrough URL will appear:

IMPORTANT: The ad image size must have an aspect ratio of exactly 6:5. We recommend an ad image size of 300x250px, but 600x500px and 900x750 will also work.

The Clickthrough URL is used to link the ad image to the exhibitor's website. When a user clicks on the ad either on the public site or in the app, a new tab is opened to the sponsor website, and the clickthrough is recorded in the Backoffice report.

In the apps, the ad will appear at the bottom of the exhibitor details page under Speakers:

Make sure to Save before exiting the Edit page.

Exhibitor Management Portal

Registrants associated to the Exhibitor can manage their organization's content when the Exhibitor Management portal is enabled. To enable this feature, go to Edit Event> Exhibitors> and check the box to enable the portal. You can also select a role such as 'event staff' to be used to designate full access to all exhibitors in the exhibitor portal.

Those users can manage the content from the organizations page by clicking the 'edit button. This option to edit will only be available to the users you designate.
