This article will outline how to:
- Download the Registrant CSV file from the Backoffice
- Identify potentially relevant data for badge printing from the export
How to Download Registrant CSV Files
- Log in to the Backoffice and select the desired event.
- Navigate to the Listed Registrants tab and click on the upload / download data button:

- On the subsequent page, click "Download for Spreadsheets":

List of Potentially Relevant Data to Provide to Badge Printing Services
Open the downloaded CSV file from the previous section and confirm that all expected registrant data are present. We recommended sharing the below columns of the CSV file with the third-party badge printing service:

- Badge Name (or First Name Last Name):
- If this value is blank, you can combine the First Name and Last Name columns into the Badge Name column by selecting the 2O cell (Badge Name cell for the first registrant value) and typing: =B2&" "C2 then Enter/Return. Double-click the bottom-right corner of the cell to combine the remaining names down the column.
- Badge Type:
- Field for entering badge-holder role, e.g., Attendee, Speaker, or Exhibitor.
- Custom Badge Label 1 and 2 (Optional):
- Custom field reserved for custom badge-holder values such as: Company, job title, and contact information.
- Badge QR Barcode Content:
- URL for the roster QR codes.
- The following address-related values in cases where badges have to be shipped to the attendee's address before an event:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- City
- Region (State, if in the US)
- PostalCode
- Country
