How can I print individual badges?

NOTE: Please make sure that the attendee badge printing feature is enabled. For information on how to enable the feature, please see: How can I include attendee QR codes on printed badges?

  1. Choose a registrant in the back office and click edit.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be a Printed Badge Information section. Here you can,
    • Add a badge name (If left blank, the attendees' First Name and Last Name will be used)
    • Badge type (e.g, attendee, exhibitor, sponsor, staff)
    • Custom Badge Label 1 & 2 (empty fields that can be used additional information)
  3. Please remember to click the Save button at the top-right-hand corner to preserve any changes.
  4. To print badges individually, remain on the registrant profile and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click [printable] which will redirect to a page with a printable version of the badge.
