How to Build a Personalized Schedule

Registrants are able to select relevant sessions within the Schedule to have a customized event experience.

Desktop

Please try the following:

1. While logged into the event, navigate to the Schedule to view all sessions. To add a session to My Schedule, click on the calendar icon to the left of the session title. The calendar icon will turn gray to signal the session has been added to My Schedule.
2. Participants can also add session to their schedule by entering the session profile and clicking Select Session.
3. Participants can view their session selections by navigating to the main schedule page and clicking My Schedule.

iOS

Please try the following:

1. While logged into the mobile app, navigate to the Schedule
2. To add a session to the personalized schedule on mobile, click on the calendar icon to the left of the session title. The calendar icon will change color to indicate it has been added to the schedule.
3. Registrants can also access session selections by clicking on Filters > Selected or, by directly clicking Selected

Android

1. While logged into the mobile app, navigate to the Schedule by clicking on the hamburger menu in the upper left hand corner and then clicking Schedule.
2. To add a session to the personalized schedule on mobile, click on the calendar icon to the left of the session title. The calendar icon will change color to indicate it has been added to the schedule.
3. Registrants can also can also access session selections by clicking on Filters > Selected or, by directly clicking Selected
