Managing Administrators and Event Managers

The Engagefully platform gives organization administrators the ability to manage administrators and event managers on the account from the backoffice.

Role Definitions

  • Administrator: Has full control over the account and can add/remove other administrators and manage all aspects of the account (including year-round content and event creation).
  • Event Manager: Restricted to managing contents within a specified event created by an administrator.

How To

  1. Go to the Organization screen and click the Administrators menu.
  2. View the current list of administrators and event managers.

We've made adding an administrator easy. Steps for this process are below for your convenience:

  1. Click the "Add an Administrator" button.
  2. Enter the Admin Name, Email Address, and assign a Role.
  3. When selecting the Role, choose "Event Manager" and select the specific event(s) they will manage. You can choose upcoming events or display all, including past events.
  4. Click the green "Create" button to complete the process.

The associated email address will receive an invitation from the system with the sender listed as 'noreply@rdmobile.com'. To ensure you receive our emails without any issues, please add noreply@rdmobile.com to your company's list of safe senders.
