Mobile App Session Reminders

With the 2022.v4 update, event attendees can receive session reminders through the app directly on their mobile devices:

Session notifications are enabled by default and appears 10 ~ 15 minutes prior to the session start time. To receive alerts, users should:

  • Give permission to the app to send notifications when prompted
  • Sign in to the event with their Eventsential/Engagefully user account
  • Select sessions on the event schedule (Please see the article “How to Build a Personalized Schedule” for more information)

Disabling Session Reminders

If users wish to disable/enable session reminders, they can do that by:

  1. Selecting the user profile within the event they wish to disable reminders
  2. Navigate to Event Preferences and select "Manage"
  3. Scroll down and toggle the "Upcoming session reminders" button to disable/enable
